Fraser Technologies has launched Opteon™ SF33 from Chemours™ following successful trials with customers.
Ideal for the removal of fluorinated greases and oils, for oxygen cleaning, and as a heat transfer carrier fluid, SF33 is suitable for applications across the aerospace, defence, transportation, medical device, and electronics manufacturing industries. As a multi-purpose specialty fluid, it is compatible with most materials, including many metals and plastics.
We’re thrilled to announce the launch of new speciality fluid, Opteon™ SF30.
Part of the rapidly expanding new generation Opteon™ range from Chemours, SF30 is a proprietary azeotrope based on the hydrofluoroolefin (HFO) fluorinated molecule, offering superior cleaning performance with enhanced solvency power, particularly when removing fluorinated greases.

Making a simple switch to safer practices
Large aerospace manufacturer BAE Systems approached us to assess its existing process to see how to use a safer alternative to nPB, at which point we also discussed additional benefits including efficiency and cost savings.
