Opteon™ SF10 for use in heat transfer and carrier fluid applications
Opteon™ SF10 fluid is a clear, colourless, non-flammable, thermally-stable fluorinated fluid developed in response to worldwide market demand for a low environmental impact. Applications include heat transfer, brine coolant, dielectric fluid, test fluid and carrier fluid for fluorinated lubricants.

The commercial uses of Opteon™ SF10 heat transfer fluid include single phase heat transfer fluid for semiconductor manufacturing, brine coolant, dielectric fluid, and test fluid for leaks in devices (i.e., bubble tests). The recommended operating temperature range in heat transfer applications is -80 to 105 °C (-112 to 221 °F).
